Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation

As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our night 3‑12 shift, you will play a key role in patient recovery and independence. Team Overview Our rehab nursing team focuses on patient‑centered care, low patient ratios, and a supportive environment that promotes work‑life balance and growth. Responsibilities Perform accurate patient assessments and identify patient needs. Initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care suitable to the patient’s condition and age. Document medical necessity timely and accurately in the medical record. Complete and revise the interdisciplinary care plan for each patient. Conduct timely and accurate QI assessments. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma). Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred but not required. Minimum six months of acute care or medical/surgical experience preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and rehabilitation‑focused mindset. Schedule: 3x12, Nights (7p-7a), rotating weekends Shift: 3x12 hour shifts (7pm-7am) Hourly range: $35.74/hr – $48.26/hr Benefits Supportive and collaborative interdisciplinary team environment.
