Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting or strong interest in school-based practice
• Comfortable working with a K-12 caseload, adapting approaches to different age groups
• Effective communicator and proactive team player

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy and interventions to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with school and state guidelines

This role offers competitive pay beginning at $43 per hour, with higher rates available based on your experience and credentials.
