HVAC Comfort Advisor  -  HVAC SALES

We are looking for a high performing Sales Pro to cover our INDIANRIVER Region! 

Location: FREEDOM - Rockledge, FL Branch
Pay Rate: Commission-based pay structure.

NOTE: 100% Commission Sales + Bonus - Amazing regional earnings potential! This is a W-2 Employee/position with great benefits!

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs
• Provide customized solutions for system replacements and upgrades
• Present financing options and educate customers on products and services
• Build trust and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project completion
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Document all sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services highly preferred
• Strong ability to build rapport and earn trust with homeowners
• Consultative selling skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical background a plus
