Neurology Territory Business Manager (Overlay), Oklahoma City

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Neurology franchise in Oklahoma City and Fort Worth to support product launches and demand generation. The role involves territory planning, healthcare professional engagement, and coordination with internal teams to drive sales objectives in specialty neurology.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular travel throughout assigned territory, supporting launch priorities and market strategy
- Partner with local Territory Business Managers to align customer strategy and coordinate healthcare professional engagement
- Communicate and collaborate with assigned healthcare providers and affiliated staff
- Meet and exceed territory sales and launch objectives through effective resource utilization
- Submit timely account plans and activity reports via CRM while maintaining compliance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Neurology sales background strongly preferred
- Proven track record of high sales performance and product launch execution
- Experience with market access dynamics and specialty pharmacy/buy-and-bill models
- Ability to collaborate across internal and field teams in dynamic environment
- Demonstrated clinical, product, and business acumen
Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
