7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with a requirement of a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule.

Job Description

The Burn ICU at our facility provides critical care to patients with severe burns and related injuries. The unit is equipped with 12 beds, offering a patient-to-nurse ratio of 2:1 for ICU patients. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will play a vital role in administering high-level medical care and supporting the health and wellbeing of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, monitoring patient condition and administering medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and Implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment, including ventilators and specialty beds, to support patient treatment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in the Meditech system.
• Participate in departmental meetings and staff development activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License and relevant experience in a critical care setting.
• Certifications required: BLS and ACLS.
