- Work under the direction of the Thrift Store Manager
- Follow store procedures and policies
- Sort/price items
- Promote sales of items
- Help maintain cleanliness overall
- Operate cash register and credit card machine
- Display items for sale
- Discard items as directed
- Sell LUC items including crafts, vehicles, buffalo meat, etc.
- Oversee LUC residents as needed. Be familiar with discipline procedures. Direct boys to work and be efficient and effective with their time.
- Willing and able to work with troubled boys
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Pass a Missouri State background check
- Work a minimum of 45-50 hours per week and be available for the needs of the boys.
