Complete sales documentation accurately and comply with policies. Offer test drives following dealership procedures. Analyze sales performance to improve effectiveness. Requirements: Proven automotive sales or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with enthusiasm for teamwork. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass background check and drug test.
