Production Supervisor - Nights

A rapidly growing, high-volume food manufacturing company is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead operations in a fast-paced, refrigerated production environment. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving production performance, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and guiding large teams on the floor. Description Lead nightly production operations across multiple lines Drive throughput, efficiency, and labor performance Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and food quality standards Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and troubleshooting Partner cross-functionally with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams Execute production plans and manage labor allocation Profile 3+ years of production leadership in manufacturing Experience in cold storage, protein, or food production Ability to lead large hourly teams in fast-paced environments Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach Job Offer Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + 10-15% bonus Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401K & PTO This is a high-impact opportunity for a leader who thrives in hands-on environments and is ready to take full ownership of a shift.
