In fact, our actuation solutions are installed on some of the most advanced aircraft, missile applications and mission-critical space exploration systems in the world, featuring the latest in motion control technology.With a strong focus on custom precision manufacturing processes with machining automation and techniques, we aim to remain the best value producer of complex and precision Aerospace & Defense components.BenefitsLeaders who invest in your success, development, and growthA culture of true teamwork and pride in our productCompetitive salaries linked to performance and paid time off9 paid holidaysA comprehensive group insurance plan including a HSA/FSA options, Dental & VisionCoverage for Domestic PartnershipsSupportive wellness program, including healthcare discountsAutomatic Life Insurance with supplemental optionsShort- and Long-Term Disability InsuranceOpportunities for retirement savings with 401k plans including a company matchTuition reimbursement for relevant Certifications, Education, & TrainingsFree access to a virtual doctor and the employee assistance programSocial activities for all employees (BBQ, Golf, Christmas parties, etc.)Generous referral bonuses and advantageous recognition programsA motivating work environment and a human management style where you can make a differenceMain ResponsibilitiesReceive, unpack, and inspect incoming material against purchase orders and packing slips; verify certificates of conformance and lot, serial, or heat number traceability before stocking.Stock, label, and organize material in assigned locations; maintain FIFO and shelf-life control.Kit parts to work orders based on routing documentation and deliver kits to assembly.Complete ERP transactions to issue material and close out work orders.Monitor inventory levels, track open purchase orders, and investigate and escalate shortages or delivery problems.Perform daily cycle counts, reconcile physical counts to system records, and submit variance tickets for management reconciliation.Support periodic full physical inventories.Segregate and tag nonconforming or quarantined material in accordance with quality procedures.Handle, store, and label ITAR-controlled parts and documentation in accordance with export control requirements.Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and free of foreign object debris (FOD).Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering phones, and supporting internal customers with material requests.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Ideal CandidateHigh school diploma or GED.1–2 years of experience in inventory control, stockroom, warehouse, or receiving.Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, email, and database or inventory systems.Strong attention to detail with part numbers, counts, and paperwork.Ability to reconcile stock counts to system reports and solve discrepancies.Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork and keep accurate records.Ability to and stand and walk for extended periods.Experience with an ERP system is a plus.Experience in an aerospace, defense, or AS9100 manufacturing environment is a plus.Forklift or pallet jack certification is a plus.Work Culture and EnvironmentAre you known as an innovation driver?
