L2 Application Support
Excellent L2 Production Support. Willing to support in 24x7 with rotational night shift. Linux, shell scripting and Oracle PL/SQL as mandatory skill set. Working knowledge of ITRS Genos, Autosys, ServiceNow, uDeploy preferred. Should be able to investigate the Autosys job failure by reading the log. Should be aware of MQ, NDM, SFTP transmission protocol. Should be able to work in flexible and adaptable to business needs. Well versed with incident life cycle management, problem life cycle management. Coordinate with L3 and development team and provide and implement solutions.
Experience: 5-8 years
