Its proprietary software development and agent service departments develop and market leading business solutions for insurance agents./ph3Job Summary/h3pThe Agent Sales Advisor is responsible for initiating and developing agent relationships, while providing superior service to agents who are not already working with Ritter./ph3Primary Responsibilities:/h3ulliInitiate, build and maintain relationships with assigned agents./liliTarget agent recruitment meetings./liliAttend sales events, trade shows and road shows to initiate relationships./liliAct as agents primary Ritter contact./liliAssist agent with all enrollment questions and sales needs./liliReach annual/quarterly benchmark for new agent contracts and production within assigned territory./liliEstablish methods and procedures for obtaining specific goals and objectives working from detailed and general instructions./liliAbility to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives to meet individual and team goals./liliMaintain current status on all sales leads as received./liliAble to move lead through Ritter Sales Flow process./liliUpdate leads through conversion./liliConvert agent leads from direct mail, digital content, inbound call, and agent referrals to active contracted agent./liliMust have a working knowledge of the Ritter Platform./liliOverview Ritter tools, services and the Ritter Philosophy./liliProvide contracting instruction./liliAssist with agent registration./liliMust have knowledge of all products in assigned territory./liliIdentify product strength/weaknesses through use of Sales Department resources./liliAbility to identify agent contracting needs; Ability to offer alternative contract options when needed./liliAct as back-up to other Agent Advisors on sales leads, calls, and emails as needed./liliCross-Team workflow coordination to resolve agent issues requiring additional back end operational agent support./liliAdditional projects and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor./li/ulh3Primary Skills Requirements:/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent./liliBasic understanding of insurance and agent relationship./liliKnowledge of Sales, Marketing, Contracting, and New Business operations and procedures./liliSome experience necessary.
