Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific documentation requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license — permanent state license required; compact license may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly
• Experience working as a Physical Therapist in a relevant clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
• Ability to commit to a 40-hour guaranteed workweek with a 30-day notice period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with travel or contract assignment workflows and documentation processes
