About the Position

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients’ conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, oxygenation, and other critical patient parameters.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provide timely interventions during medical emergencies and critical situations.
• Operate and monitor ICU equipment while maintaining patient safety.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and ongoing care.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Current, valid, and unrestricted RN license to practice in any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory.
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
• Current AHA ACLS certification required.
• AHA PALS certification required.
• Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) certification must be completed within 6 months of hire .
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.
