Capture what matters - Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Reliable attendance and professional image you show up on time, polished, and ready
• Charismatic, high-energy presence extroverted, naturally engaging, thrives in customer-facing moments
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy
• Goal-oriented and results-driven you know your numbers and you care about hitting them
• Strong empathy paired with sales drive you read the customer and adjust accordingly
• Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot you resolve, you don't deflect
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strong plus in South Florida markets
