Located in the heart of Red Bank, Inspo Dental is a modern, patient-centered dental practice focused on delivering an elevated experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors. As our practice continues to grow, we're currently hiring for several part-time positions:

• Registered Dental Hygienist - Part-Time
• Dental Assistant - Part-Time
• Front Desk / Patient Concierge - Part-Time
• Endodontist - 1-2 Days Per Month

PART-TIME REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Compensation: Starting at $52/hour, based on experience

Our ideal hygienist is warm, thorough, patient-focused, and passionate about preventive care and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hygiene and periodontal care
• Take digital radiographs as needed
• Complete periodontal charting and clinical documentation
• Educate patients regarding oral health and recommended treatment
• Identify and communicate areas of concern to the doctor
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes
• Support hygiene reappointment and continuity of care
• Work collaboratively with doctors, assistants, and the administrative team
• Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Dental Hygiene license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Dental technology/software experience preferred

PART-TIME DENTAL ASSISTANT

Compensation: $22-$30/hour, based on experience and credentials

We're looking for an experienced, energetic dental assistant who is comfortable working in a modern, fast-paced clinical environment and understands the importance of both clinical excellence and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for general, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and clinical materials
• Take digital radiographs
• Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols
• Assist with digital scanning and impressions
• Provide clear pre- and post-operative instructions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Turn over operatories efficiently
• Monitor and maintain clinical inventory
• Anticipate the doctor's needs during procedures
• Help patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience strongly preferred
• New Jersey radiology certification preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with digital dentistry is a plus

PART-TIME FRONT DESK / PATIENT CONCIERGE

Compensation: $20-$26/hour, based on dental experience

At Inspo Dental, our front desk is more than a reception area - it's the beginning and end of the patient experience. We're looking for someone warm, polished, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients
• Manage incoming calls, texts, and patient communications
• Schedule new and existing patients
• Maintain an organized and productive provider schedule
• Confirm appointments and assist with schedule optimization
• Coordinate appointments for recommended treatment
• Collect patient payments and maintain accurate account information
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment and appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Deliver a consistently warm and professional patient experience

Qualifications

• Dental front-office experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Dentrix is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
• Comfortable discussing appointments, treatment, and financial responsibilities with patients

ENDODONTIST - 1-2 DAYS PER MONTH

Compensation: Competitive percentage-based compensation, based on experience and arrangement

We're looking to add an experienced Endodontist to our growing practice for 1-2 days per month, with the opportunity to expand days as patient demand grows. This is an excellent opportunity for a specialist looking to add a consistent private-practice day within an established, modern general practice.

Responsibilities

• Endodontic consultations and diagnosis
• Root canal therapy, including molar endodontics
• Endodontic retreatment when appropriate
• Emergency endodontic care
• Evaluation of cracked teeth and pulpal/periapical pathology
• Clearly communicate findings and treatment recommendations
• Coordinate treatment with our general dentists and clinical team
• Maintain complete clinical documentation and follow-up protocols
• Provide an exceptional patient experience consistent with Inspo Dental's standard of care

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
• Active New Jersey dental license
• Current malpractice coverage
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
