Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to work the weekend shift from 7:00 am- 3:30 pm Saturdays and Sundays. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service, managing late check-ins and early check-outs, and ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-ins, checkout, and inquiries Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests professionally Monitor hotel activity to ensure guest safety and security overnight Handle reservations Complete a shift log of any incidental reports Address guest concerns promptly and elevate issues when necessary Qualifications Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours Basic computer skills: familiarity with hotel property management systems is a plus Be dependable, punctual, and have a professional appearance Be able to stay awake during late hours of the night and go to the hotel if the guest has an issue in person At CSS, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and merit-based workplace.
