Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Logistics, Animal/Natural Sciences, or related fields).
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in compliance, logistics, or document control.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets is required (managing spreadsheets, sorting data, and using formulas). Comfort learning new software systems like SAP, AO Docs, or AI-assisted tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate regulatory documentation to the USDA and other government agencies.
• Complete, verify, and track official Health Certificates required for international shipments.
• Coordinate and distribute approved regulatory packages to receiving countries to prevent shipping delays.
• Utilize Google Sheets to maintain trackers, manage logs, and ensure accurate, real-time visibility into the status of submissions.
• Use internal databases and digital tools (like SAP, AO Docs, and tracking systems) to maintain accurate compliance records.
• Work closely with logistics, shipping, and quality teams to ensure all paperwork matches export requirements.
