4 to 6 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role.

Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring or supervising others.

Job Description

Analyzes marketing and promotional needs, and designs and implements marketing communications strategies that support organizational objectives. Job Duties:

Drafts marketing communications, including promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, or brochures.

Reviews and edits messages to ensure that they are clear, thorough, on-brand, and seek to preserve the company's image.

Suggests ways of tailoring messages and delivery channels based on the targeted audience.

Collects data on the performance of specific communications or campaigns.

Experience and Education: Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
