Counter Server/Front of House

This is a part-time position with availability needed Monday-Friday from roughly 9:00am - 2:30pm. About Due' Cucina At Due’ Cucina Italiana we love food that is real, fresh and authentic. In this role the Counter Server/Front of House team will: Demonstrate and uphold our company core values at all times. Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta. Familiarize yourself with our menu and guide customers through their Due' experience. Communicate effectively with delivery drivers (UberEats, DoorDash, etc) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms. Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area. Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish. Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed. Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome. Other duties as necessary or assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: This position is subject to a background check that includes verification of the legal right to work in the United States. Ability to work (and have fun!) in a diverse team. Passionate about food. Minimum 21 years old (alcohol service required). Possesses or willing to obtain a current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit. Ability to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, stoop and move quickly.Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc. Ability to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat and work in a confined area. Ability to work under stress. Scheduling flexibility. Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus (although not required).
