As a Front Desk Security Professional, you will be the welcoming presence at a congregate living location, supporting a secure and positive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will manage access, monitor activity, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sun: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access at the front desk, greet visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor records in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
