Digital Analytics Specialist/ManagerThe Digital Analytics team at client is looking for passionate leaders to enhance web analytics infrastructure and support advance user analytics. You will lead the web analytics audit, implementation and the measurement strategy working cross-functionally with several teams at client (including Product Marketing, Ad Revenue, Content Publishing, Marketing Operations, Engineering). In this role, you will require a combination of advance digital analytics skills, SQL expertise, project management knacks, and ability to deliver in a dynamic environment with moving priorities. Ideally you are passionate about data pipelines, view the world through an analytical lens, are intellectually curious, learn quickly, and able to move fast while maintaining focus on high-impact projects.ResponsibilitiesGap analysis of current page/event tracking in GA 360Design the data collection framework for GA4 by organizing user interactions into logical categories and subcategoriesEnsure the data is consistent, intuitively named, and thoroughLead the transition from GA Universal Analytics to GA4. End to end implementation including datalayer, GTM, transitioning our web reports.Configure funnels, goals, custom reports to meet business/stakeholder needsDevelop tag management strategy with goal of improving marketing, agility, site performance, data consistency, and governanceSupport the transition of Web Analytics data into a Data WarehouseMap each goal to distinct actions on digital properties to get proper tracking and reporting in placePartner with stakeholders to understand business goals, KPIs and design conversion tracking framework for owned & paid digital propertiesCreate Google Data Studio dashboards merging data from disparate sourcesAutomation of web reports including data integration, and front-end report designPartner with CRO specialist on web optimization strategyRequirements4+ years of web analytics experience with hands-on experience auditing website tracking, implementing & testing digital analytics tools, creating dashboards with multiple data sourcesExpert user of Google Analytics 360 and Tag Manager. GA4 experience is a plusProficiency in SQL and Python, Excel (VBA, macros, scripts, formulas, data visualization, etc.)
