Personal Care Assistant Home Health Aide Certified Nursing Assistant

Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate, independent individuals to join our team as a PCA, HHA, CNA or those with no prior experience. As a professional caregiver, you will be responsible for critical key personal care services tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with client laundry as needed
- Provide medication reminders
- Ensure client safety
- Report significant changes in the client's condition directly to their supervisor
- Prepare light meals and assist with client feeding when required
- Monitor and record client temperature
- Assist client's with ambulation
- Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols
- Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines
- Offer bathing assistance
- Perform light housekeeping
- Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided
- Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws
