You'll play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, customer questions are answered promptly, and every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.Your responsibilities will include:Processing customer orders and service requests with accuracy and attention to detail.Serving as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments to provide seamless account support.Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through professional, responsive communication.Proactively contacting customers to support routine ordering needs and ensure uninterrupted service.Troubleshooting customer concerns and coordinating with the appropriate teams to quickly resolve issues.Maintaining accurate customer account information and records.Learning our products and services so you can confidently assist customers and recommend solutions.Collaborating with teammates across sales, operations, service, and other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Education & ExperienceWe're looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
