Job Overview:

The Creative Marketing Specialist at GBC Food Services, LLC is a multifaceted role, operating under the Marketing Manager to bolster all marketing efforts. This position demands a focus on graphic design, social media management, photography, and brand management. The ideal candidate will exhibit inventive prowess, robust visual skills, and the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences across various platforms.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

May oversee or coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, or interns for specific projects or tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce compelling graphics for a variety of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high visual impact.
• Strategically manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including content creation, post scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
• Conduct high-quality product and promotional photography, proficiently handling post-production processes to align with marketing objectives.
• Uphold and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring uniformity and high standards across all marketing and communication channels.
• Collaboratively devise and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns alongside the marketing team.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in graphic design, social media, and marketing strategies, integrating cutting-edge practices into company initiatives.
• Coordinate and support the logistical aspects of marketing events and promotional activities.
• Engage with external agencies or services as needed, ensuring quality deliverables that align with company standards and goals.

Competencies:

• Creative Vision and Design: Profound creative ability with expertise in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
• Social Media Acumen: Proven track record in managing and enhancing corporate social media presence, coupled with the ability to engage audiences and interpret analytical data.
• Photographic Expertise: Competence in professional photography, including capturing and editing high-quality images.
• Brand Stewardship: Strong grasp of brand management principles, with the ability to ensure consistent and impactful brand representation.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical Thinking: Aptitude for scrutinizing performance metrics and drawing meaningful conclusions to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Mastery of graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Substantial experience in managing business-oriented social media profiles and generating compelling content.
• Proficiency in photography and image editing.
• In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting and manage multiple projects with precision.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in graphic design, social media management, and brand promotion.
• Physical Requirements:
• Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• May require handling and transporting photography equipment as necessary.

Work Environment:

• Predominantly office-based, with occasional travel to various sites for photo shoots or marketing events.
