Things youll do in this role:
Discuss technical often scientific topics with external stakeholders.
Build relationships with a range of project developers and take ownership of contract negotiations from start to finish.
Coordinate between Isometric team members across different divisions (Science Growth Technology) to identify and address blockers to working with priority developers.
Things were looking for:
Demonstrated expertise in managing and driving high-stakes partnerships and negotiations.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environments you cherish taking ownership and thinking strategically.
Aptitude for quickly diving into complex topics and gaining a strong enough understanding to credibly discuss them with technical audiences such as scientists.
This role isnt for you if:
You want a remote job. We value collaboration and physical time together. Were in the office three days per week.
You want to stay within your area of expertise and you prefer structured environments. Were a small team moving at extreme pace in an environment with plenty of ambiguity. Were building and learning on the flyand everyones a generalist.
Youre not comfortable with regular travel.
Youre looking for a short term gig. Were building for the long term and looking for people ready to grow with us for 5-10 years.
