Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise regimens, and modern equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Deliver high-quality in-home care therapy sessions to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions, ensuring comfort and support.
• Regularly document patient progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system, tracking outcomes and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, recommending referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Engage with patients and their families in education regarding therapeutic processes, assistive devices, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain current knowledge through continuing education opportunities, workshops, and professional memberships to enhance skills and provide the best care possible.
