Client Services Coordinator - Therapy Clinic Aveanna Healthcare is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. Our mission is to revolutionize the way homecare is delivered, one patient at a time. Our therapy team consists of therapists, therapy assistants, and operational and clinical support staff. Aveanna Healthcare is looking for a Therapy Client Service Coordinator. This is an entry level position built on teamwork between office and field personnel with the objective of providing excellent customer service while focusing on best business practices to ensure the office not only meets, but surpasses financial goals that are set forth. Must be able to work within a high energy, high paced office environment while maintaining professionalism at all times. Manage the PT, OT, and ST waiting list with accurate contact information, patient address, expected wait and visit time. Communicate with internal office staff about status of potential referrals on the waiting list. Communicate with potential referrals on the respective waiting lists. Coordinate services with potential referrals when evaluations and treatments can be started. Communicate and coordinate with field therapists when new referrals are available within their treating area. Communicate with therapy leadership to help coordinate services as needed; coordinate schedules between clients and field staff for optimum productivity.
