Citrix Administrator - Senior

Responsible for unique or complex information systems and/or information technology projects across more than one discipline, such as application support, database administration, software quality assurance/quality control, software engineering, network telecommunications, and infrastructure operations of administration, analysis, engineering and design. Provides direction to other IT Administrators on the project in a senior administrator capacity. Considered a technical specialist in a variety of IT administrator disciplines. Manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure. Administer Citrix Workspace, StoreFront, and Delivery Controllers. Monitor Citrix environment health, performance, and user experience. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for Citrix support. Perform Citrix provisioning, configuration, and application publishing. Implement Citrix automation and optimization strategies. Troubleshoot user connectivity, performance, and application delivery issues. Maintain Citrix documentation, runbooks, and configuration baselines. Manage Citrix security policies and access controls. Support disaster recovery and business continuity for Citrix services. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent relevant experience; Master’s Degree preferred. 8-15 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or other IT related field with 4+ years Citrix Administration experience specifically. Other Job Specific Skills Strong in: Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.x/2109+, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Workspace. Knowledge: Citrix provisioning (MCS/PVS), profile management, HDX optimization, automation. Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V) or equivalent. Compensation Ranges Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role.
