This recruitment may be used to fill multiple vacancies.We are currently accepting resumes from qualified candidates for our 2026-2027 After-School Programming. The 2026-2027 school year runs from September 3, 2026, to approximately Thursday, June 17. Applications will be reviewed as vacancies occur, and interviews may be conducted throughout the recruitment period.ScheduleSchool Year: Intermittent Hours: 0-19 hours per week, depending on programming needs.Shifts: Monday - Thursday hours are typically 2:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Friday hours are typically 1:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Hours may vary slightly depending on the program needs.Candidates must be flexible to work on limited days and at limited times to accommodate program needs.What You'll DoLead safe, fun, and educational programs geared for elementary and middle school youth at designated programming sites with our partner schoolsAssist in program and activity developmentServe as the staff lead for assigned programs at designated programming sitesProvides transportation for youth using a city van to different site locations.Education and/or ExperienceOne year of experience leading or teaching youth programs, with one year of college coursework in Recreation, Education and/or related field orAny equivalent combination of education, training, experience, knowledge, and abilities that would allow an individual to perform the duties of the position will be considered. Special RequirementsMust be 21 years of age or older.
