• Copper Tree Retreat is seeking a compassionate, professional, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team in the heart of Downtown Longview, Texas. • Position: Licensed Massage Therapist
• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Sign on Bonus: Full-Time $800.00 or Part-Time $500.00
• Location: Copper Tree Retreat, 116 E. South St., Longview, TX
• Responsibilities:
• Perform high-quality massage therapy services tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.
• Educate clients on treatment plans, wellness recommendations, and home care.
• Promote a positive, professional, and relaxing atmosphere.
• Assist in maintaining treatment room cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with our team to provide outstanding customer service and client retention.
• Participate in team meetings, promotions, and occasional special events.
• Qualifications:
• Current Texas Massage Therapist License in good standing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
• Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
