Job Opportunity: Full-Time Physician Assistant

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Physician Assistant to become part of a dynamic team within the Trauma (TSS)/Acute Care Surgical (ACS) Division. This role is essential in addressing the needs of the expanding community in Fresno, CA, at the Community Regional Medical Center.

The Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) stands as the sole Level 1 Trauma Center in California's Central Valley, catering to a vast and varied patient demographic. As a teaching facility associated with the UCSF Fresno surgical residency program, it offers an excellent setting for collaborative learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive training in the management of trauma and acute care surgical patients across various care levels, including the trauma bay, surgical floor, and intensive care unit.
• Engage in the initial evaluation and stabilization of acute trauma patients.
• Conduct daily rounds on hospitalized patients.
• Perform procedures such as tube thoracostomy, central venous catheter placement, arterial line placement, and wound management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must possess a valid Physician Assistant license.
• Experience in trauma or acute care settings is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
