Job Description
The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician installs, repairs, and maintains plant machinery and equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all production equipment.
Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain a wide range of plant machinery and industrial equipment.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, accurately identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure all electrical systems operate properly and comply with applicable safety codes and standards.
• Diagnose and repair industrial electrical systems, including PLC-controlled equipment and high-voltage systems where applicable.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
