Command Support Staff Knowledge Specialist – Headquarters, Air Combat Command Joint-Base Langley Eustis, Hampton, VA About the Role Apply your expertise in direct support of ACC’s Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance mission. You will establish performance standards, deliver feedback to Airmen, and provide guidance to help them excel. Your contributions shape talent management decisions and strengthen leadership across the organization. Responsibilities Track EPRs, Decs, and 1206s. Ensure adherence to AFI 36-2406, Officer and Enlisted Evaluations System. Review reports for readability, grammar, and proper format. Assess quality of reports and award documents. Ensure timely completion of all reports. Coordinate with Commander Support Staff across subordinate units regarding the Evaluation System. Qualifications Current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance (TS with SCI eligibility accepted). Bachelor’s degree with six years of experience or AAS with ten years of experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Knowledge of AFI 36-2406. Served as Section/Flight Chief. Previous Air Force writing experience. Excellent presentation, organizational, analytic, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented skills. May require up to 10% travel.
