Speech Language Pathologist

Qualifications & Desired Experience: Active SLPA licensure or certification as required by the state Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable Familiarity with techniques for supporting speech, language, and communication needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to diverse classroom environments and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Key Responsibilities: Support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy services to students with speech and language challenges Implement IEP goals and track student progress under the guidance of supervising SLPs Assist with documentation, progress notes, and preparation of session materials Engage students in effective and age-appropriate activities to promote positive language and communication development Participate in team meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to foster student success Maintain a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment As a valued member of the school community, you'll gain hands-on experience, broaden your professional skills, and enjoy the rewarding experience of helping students achieve their communication goals.
