Ryan Specialty is seeking a Senior Underwriter to lead profitable growth, underwriting, and brokerage management for a portfolio of complex commercial marine and specialty accounts. You will evaluate new and renewal business, develop underwriting strategies, market with carriers, and guide staff with technical insights in pricing, coverage design, and portfolio performance.
