Supervisory Medical Support Assistant

Duties

Responsible for assessing needs, planning and implementing a hospital-wide security program that is integrated into all of programs within the service unit.

Serves as the principal advisor to the service unit CEO and all other allied health staff on all matters related to security.

Oversees and ensures that hospital and grounds security is provided.

Responsible for all department personnel management activities including recruitment, staffing, employee relations, labor management relations, awards, training and orientation.
