Sales Specialist

Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify prospective customers, present QGI’s solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, responding to inquiries, developing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role will collaborate with product and customer success teams to translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions and ensure a smooth handoff after the sale. The Sales Specialist will also provide feedback from the market to inform training materials, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, clarify complex concepts, and build trust.
• Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, opportunity management, and closing deals in a B2B or technology environment.
• Experience with Training and Sales Management to support onboarding, coach team members, and contribute to scalable sales processes.
• Comfort working with technical products and the ability to translate product features into business outcomes.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales productivity software, with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet or exceed performance targets.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in business, sales, marketing, or related fields; experience in AI or software solutions is a plus.
• Work arrangement: Remote, part-time.
• Compensation: This role is compensated entirely through commission and bonuses. There is no base salary.
