About the Position

Job Title: RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months of OR experience License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Strong ENT and neuro experience Description: The candidate may be asked to float between three campuses. Typically, a one-day notice will be provided for scheduled cases. On-call responsibilities remain only at the booked location. Weekend shifts are assigned in an alphabetical rotation. The assigned weekend shift can be either days or nights. The department has a 4-6 late/call requirement per six-week schedule. This includes 1-2 late shifts per week, one overnight call from 11 PM to 7 AM, and up to 24 hours of weekend call in a six-week schedule block. There is a requirement to work one major and two minor holidays, either day or night shift. RN candidates may perform charge duties on any off shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Only one week of vacation time will be considered within a single contract.
