Senior Treasury Analyst

A privately held, growing organization is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join its finance team in Chicago. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role supporting liquidity management, bank relationships, cash forecasting, financing activities, and debt compliance. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on treasury experience with a strong understanding of asset-based lending (ABL) , borrowing base reporting, cash flow forecasting, and bank relationship management. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and can help strengthen treasury processes, reporting, and controls as the organization continues to scale. Key Responsibilities Manage daily cash positioning and monitor liquidity across multiple bank accounts and entities. Prepare and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts. Support asset-based lending activities, including borrowing base reporting, collateral analysis, and related compliance requirements. Partner with finance and accounting leadership on debt management, credit facility administration, and lender reporting. Assist with bank relationship management, including communication with primary banking partners and support of credit facility needs. Review and improve treasury processes, controls, reporting, and cash visibility. Support payment processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and approval controls. Analyze cash trends, working capital needs, and liquidity requirements to support business planning. Assist with interest expense analysis, bank fee review, and other treasury-related reporting. Partner cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and senior leadership on treasury matters and ad hoc financial analysis. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Strong treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance experience. Hands-on experience with asset-based lending (ABL) , borrowing base reporting, collateral reporting, or related lender compliance. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Ability to work independently in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a privately held, middle-market, or growth-oriented business. Exposure to multi-bank structures, revolving credit facilities, or lender reporting. Experience helping build or improve treasury processes, reporting, or controls. Background in an operationally complex business environment is helpful but not required.
