Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)The Neighborhood Clinic in Chandler, AZ is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families in our community by providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care.Responsibilities:Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to a diverse client populationConduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plansMonitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriateMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standardsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic patient careParticipate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing professional developmentConnect clients with community resources and support services as neededRequirements:Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of ArizonaMaster's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related fieldExperience providing direct clinical services in a community health or outpatient setting preferredProficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with culturally diverse populationsExperience with electronic health records (EHR) documentationThe Neighborhood Clinic is a trusted pillar of the Arizona community, dedicated to providing accessible, compassionate, and comprehensive healthcare to those who need it most.
