The role involves providing care for a diverse patient population. You will be responsible for performing assessments, planning, and implementing nursing care. The ideal candidate must have effective communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Compassionate patient care is essential. You may be required to float within a designated area. The work environment includes a 295-bed facility with a variety of specialties represented. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
