We partner with industry leaders and focus on making a meaningful impact for our customers. About The Role: We are looking for an engineering leader to lead machine learning efforts across Hightouch. While hundreds of companies use Hightouch today to sync data into their SaaS systems to automate and improve operations, there is significant surface area to impact how we help customers choose which customers to message, what content to include in messages, and when to send messages. With access to customer data in data warehouses and databases, Hightouch is well-positioned to build a powerful intelligence layer. Responsibilities Product Development: Lead the team in roadmapping and executing the development of significant features and products to drive the business forward. Uphold a high technical bar while making pragmatic tradeoffs. Pace: Improve the pace of execution through a combination of leadership and technical expertise. Recruiting: Grow the team by identifying needs, defining evaluation criteria, and hiring high-impact team members. Reliability: Improve reliability in a high-growth environment, reduce incidents, catch issues early, and maintain strong incident management hygiene. People: Foster growth, engagement, and motivation among team members. Problems We’ll Be Working On Personalization and Product Recommendation: Determine which content to message a user with and how to present the most relevant options given a large state space. Probabilistic Identity Resolution: Stitch together multiple datasets to determine whether profiles refer to the same user or household. Content Generation: Leverage advances in LLMs to help marketers generate text, images, and creatives that resonate with customers. ML Infrastructure: Build the infrastructure to support model training and inference at scale for large enterprise customers. What We Offer We are looking for talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are excited to tackle the problems above. This is a senior role, with emphasis on impact and potential for growth rather than years of experience. Salary range: $230,000 – $350,000 USD per year, location-independent under our remote-first policy. We offer meaningful equity compensation in ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
