We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to take ownership of an established book of business within the multi-family flooring space. This role is focused on maintaining, protecting, and growing existing customer relationships - not building a book from scratch. You will step into a multi-million-dollar portfolio and be responsible for driving customer retention, ensuring strong project execution, and identifying opportunities to expand additional service lines over time. The ideal candidate understands the multi-family environment, is comfortable working in the field, can measure and scope flooring projects, and takes pride in being a trusted partner to their customers.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Take full ownership of an existing multi-million-dollar book of business
• Maintain strong relationships with property managers and key decision-makers
• Ensure zero customer loss by delivering consistent service and responsiveness
• Act as the primary point of contact for all account needs
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
• Introduce and penetrate additional service lines (turnkey, restoration, etc.)
• Drive growth by increasing share of wallet across current customers
• Measure projects using tools such as CAD or similar systems (Measure Square experience a plus)
• Scope flooring and renovation work accurately
• Support team members with project measurement when needed
• Ensure projects are set up for successful execution
• Partner closely with sales leadership and hunters who are generating new business
• Support teammates across shared accounts and market needs
• Contribute to overall market growth and stability
• Utilize CRM and internal systems to manage accounts and track activity
• Participate in upcoming CRM implementation (Salesforce)
• Maintain accurate and organized account documentation

Qualifications:

• 510+ years of experience in: Account Management, Project Management, or similar roles
• Construction, flooring, or multi-family services preferred
• Experience working with multi-family customers strongly preferred
• Ability to measure and scope projects (CAD, Measure Square, or similar tools)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required)
• Comfortable working in the field and managing client relationships in-person
• Self-starter who can adapt to new systems and technology

Compensation Structure:

• 100% commission
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100K+ in year one
• Immediate earning potential tied to an established $3M$4M book of business
• Earnings driven by: Retaining existing customers, Expanding service lines within accounts, Growing overall account revenue
• Additional incentives tied to new opportunities and service expansion
