Position Summary

Colorful Concrete Solutions (CCS) is looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Sales Representative to help homeowners and businesses transform their concrete surfaces. This role is all about connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our coating solutions with confidence and professionalism. You’ll be the face of CCS in the field, meeting clients, preparing estimates, and helping them choose the right system for their space.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand project goals and recommend CCS coating solutions
• Conduct on‑site assessments, take measurements, and prepare accurate quotes
• Manage the sales pipeline from first contact through signed agreement
• Follow up with leads, maintain communication, and ensure a smooth customer experience

Lead Management

• Respond to inbound leads and support marketing‑driven campaigns
• Participate in local events, home shows, and community outreach to increase brand visibility
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, estimates, and follow‑ups in the CRM

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Production Manager to ensure accurate project handoff and scheduling
• Coordinate with the office team to support customer communication and project preparation
• Provide feedback to leadership on customer trends, pricing, and service opportunities

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in home services, construction, coatings, flooring, or related industries
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals
• Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and in‑person
• Comfortable conducting site visits and presenting solutions to customers
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred

• Experience selling technical or service‑based offerings 
• Familiarity with estimating or job costing
• Knowledge of the Greater Milwaukee or Southeastern Wisconsin market
