Machine Operator

Custom Staffing has partnered with a local Manufacturing Company to add Machine Operator to their team in Bluffton, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity. Custom Staffing Benefits : Weekly pay and medical insurance. Position : Assembly/Machine Operating/Manufacturing Hours: 10:50pm - 7:10am Pay Rate : $18.00 + $1 Shift Diff Key Responsibilities Standard Operating Procedures: Read and understand SOPs Production Processes: Efficient operation of production processes in accordance with established manufacturing and operation standards. Equipment Support: Provide hands-on maintenance support for all production equipment to minimize operational downtime. Quality & Safety Checks: Perform quality checks on products being manufactured. Plant Support: Execute other related production duties and tasks as directly assigned by Plant Supervision. Requirements & Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: One or more years of working in a manufacturing environment. Team Environment : demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Communication: Good written and verbal skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset. Safety First: A strong personal commitment to industrial safety standards and protocols.
