About the Role Veeam Kasten for Kubernetes is Veeam's Kubernetes-native data protection platform, purpose-built for modern cloud-native applications and AI-driven workloads.As enterprises accelerateKubernetesadoption and container-based platform modernization, Kasten is positioned to be the data protection standard for cloud-native infrastructure. The Kasten Specialist Solutions Engineer partners with the Kasten Sales Specialist to drive technical wins across enterprise accounts inthe US West and US Centralgeographies. You will own the technical salescycleend to end: discovery, architecture, demonstration, proof of concept, and technical close. You will also serve as the primary fieldvoiceback to Kasten Product Management on requirements and roadmap gaps. This is a quota-carrying, customer-facing role. You are accountable for the technical win. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance‑based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
