Sales Account Manager – Commission-Only (Medical Staffing & Recruiting)

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the medical staffing and recruiting industry
- Generate and nurture leads through proactive outreach
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement
- Negotiate contracts with physicians, hospital administrators, and surgery center directors
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers
- Conduct in-person client meetings to develop trust and long-term partnerships
- Utilize Bullhorn and Salesforce to manage leads, track progress, and optimize sales performance
Qualifications
- Experience using Bullhorn and Salesforce is required
- Prior experience in medical staffing, healthcare sales, or B2B sales is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
