Job Description

New Holland Family Medicine , located in New Holland, Pennsylvania , is seeking a full-time, board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established and supportive team.

Primary Responsibilities

Qualified individuals must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to:

• Evaluate and consult with patients to determine appropriate treatment plans
\n
• Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests
\n
• Monitor medication use, results, and side effects
\n
• Administer/prescribe treatments, therapies, medications, and vaccines
\n
• Educate patients about diagnoses, procedures, test results, and treatments
\n
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, pharmacists, therapists, and more
\n
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
\n

Minimum Qualifications

\n
• MD or DO from an accredited institution
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
\n
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
\n
