Aerotek is Hiring for Machine Operators in North Haven, CT

Aerotek is hiring Production Associates for a local manufacturing facility . If you enjoy working with your hands and are looking for a long-term opportunity, this is a great chance to join a team that offers training, steady hours, and room to grow.

What You'll Do:

• Operate production machines to make metal parts.
• Assemble and inspect products to ensure quality.
• Follow work instructions and production procedures.
• Use measuring tools and basic computer systems.
• Work with your team to keep production running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Haven, CT.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
