Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival to the Quick Lane service area.
• Assess customer vehicle service needs and clearly communicate options and pricing to customers.
• Schedule appointments efficiently to maximize service bay utilization and minimize customer wait times.
• Collaborate closely with service technicians to ensure accurate and timely repair or maintenance work.
• Provide customers with detailed explanations of service performed and address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history.
• Promote additional services and maintenance recommendations that fit customer needs and vehicle requirements.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements:

 

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, specifically within Ford Quick Lane or a similar automotive service environment.
• Strong knowledge of Ford vehicles, parts, and Quick Lane service protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy service department.
• Familiarity with automotive service software and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to automotive service are a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and flexible availability, including some weekends (closed on Sundays and major holidays)
